Centrally located on the Royal Coconut Coast, we're just 15 minutes from Lihue Airport and perfectly positioned between Poipu to the south and Hanalei/Princeville to the north. Right next door is the Coconut Marketplace, home to restaurants, shops, hula shows, and bike rentals. From your lanai, you can step right out onto the Ke Ala Hele Makalae oceanfront path—perfect for walking, jogging, or biking along the coast. Local dining favorites like Lava Lava Beach Club and Kilauea Fish Market are just a short, scenic stroll away. This tropical paradise is shared with friendly island creatures—expect to see chickens, roosters, and geckos, who help keep less-welcome bugs in check. Kauai’s lush climate also supports native insects and island pests. While we take proactive steps to ensure a clean and comfortable environment, occasional encounters with these critters are possible. We do our best to minimize any inconvenience, but please note their presence does not constitute a breach of contract or warrant refunds. Parties, events, and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. 3) Registered Guests Only. Only guests listed in the reservation may stay overnight. Day visitors must be approved ahead of time. 4) No pets allowed. 5) Cleanliness. Keep the property tidy. Wash used dishes and dispose of trash in designated bins. Report any damages immediately. 6) Security. Lock all sliding doors and windows when leaving. 7) Safety. Do not tamper with smoke detectors or fire safety equipment. Use appliances responsibly. 8) Utilities & Conservation. Please conserve electricity and water. Turn off lights and AC/heat when leaving the property. 9) Trash & Recycling. Follow posted instructions for proper trash disposal and recycling. 10) Mail & Deliveries. Mail or package delivery is not guaranteed. Use an alternate address or parcel locker if needed. 11) Liability. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. The host is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
